•A $10 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits goes towards your service. The remaining balance is due at time of appointment. Remaining balance can be paid via cash, or cash app. If your paying with cash app it is a $2 processing fee!
•If you need to cancel or reschedule, you have 24 hours within your original appointment time to do so. There would be a $10 upcharge if your more then 10 minutes late to your appointment. After 20 minutes your appointment is CANCELLED!

•If you are receiving a lace frontal, closure, or wig installment.. it must be brought to me 2-3 days prior to your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Or their would be a $25 same day customization fee.
